To be called Balsamic Vinegar, the products must meet two require-ments: Produced in Modena and matured for 3 years. Svansø White Organic Balsamic Vinegar is a fine supplement and produced by mixing the fresh Trebbiano grape juice with the vinegar. This version is not matured.
